黑龙江在押犯人狱中与警察妻子发生性关系(组图)

一份讷河监狱关于《齐齐哈尔市齐嫩地区人民检察院纠正监管违法检察建议书》的回复中称，监狱狱内侦查科对王东所涉嫌的刑事犯罪正处于侦查阶段。该回复还称，经监狱党委会研究决定，给予看守大队大队长刘艳东行政撤职处分，免去五监区主抓监管改造工作的郭军的职务；给予五监区监区长怀庆行政警告处分，五监区一分监区分监区长王猛行政记过处分，给予五监区民警张喜平、看守大队民警李海军行政撤职处分。图为央视采访监狱工作人员视频截图。
